3. NATABANU RESPONSE
Natabanu will follow the procedures provided in the DMCA, which prescribe a notice and takedown process, subject to the user’s right to submit a counter-notification claiming lawful use of disabled works. It is expected that all users of any part of the Site will comply with applicable copyright laws. However, if “Natabanu” receives proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, it will respond expeditiously by removing, or disabling access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, provided all such claims have been investigated and determined to be valid by “Natabanu” will comply with correct provisions of the DMCA in the event a counter notification received.
4. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
According to the Terms of Services Agreement, all users of Natabanu agree to before using Natabanu. All users are required to use only lawfully acquired creative works. 5. REPEAT INFRINGERS
Under appropriate circumstances, “Natabanu” may, in its discretion. Terminate the authorization of users of its system or network who are repeating infringers.
6. ACCOMMODATION OF STANDARD TECHNICAL MEASURES
It is “Natabanu” policy to accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures. It determines what is reasonable under the circumstances, i.e., technical measures that are used by copyright holders to identify or protect copyright works.
